Organic Olive Oil
Organic extra virgin olive oil is a premium olive oil that is extracted from organic olives through a cold-pressing process, boasts a unique richness in antioxidants, vitamins, and beneficial fats. It is free from harmful chemicals and artificial additives. It has a pleasant golden color and releases an alluring scent reminiscent of freshly picked olives. Acidity less than 0.5%.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin olive oil is a top-quality oil renowned for its exceptional aroma and superior quality. It exudes a delightful bouquet of fresh and fruity notes. This oil is carefully crafted through a cold-pressing process, ensuring the preservation of its natural flavors and beneficial properties. It has a low acidity level, typically below 0.8%.
Virgin Olive Oil
First cold pressed using fresh olives with mechanical methods. It is rich in flavor and brings any dish springing into life. It has a higher acidity level than extra virgin olive oil generally below 2%.
Pure Olive Oil
Pure Olive Oil is a blend of refined olive oil and Extra virgin olive oil, ideal for cooking, frying and baking. It maintains low acidity, not exceeding 1%, and offers a consistent, balanced flavor for all your culinary preparations.
Pomace Olive Oil
A blend of refined olive pomace oil and Extra virgin olive oil, it is a versatile option for both industrial and cosmetic purposes. It has a neutral flavor. Acidity less than 1%.
Refined Olive Oil
Obtained from virgin olive oils by refining methods which do not lead to alterations in the initial glyceridic structure. It has a free acidity, less than 0.3%. A mild oil with very light taste and color, which is ideal for baking and cooking and commonly used by food manufacturers, restaurant chefs and it can also be used in pharmaceutical production.
Lampante Olive Oil
Lampante Olive oil is virgin olive oil that does not meet the chemical analysis of extra virgin quality, intended for refining or technical use with an acidity level higher than 3.3%.
Refined Pomace Olive Oil
Refined olive pomace oil is produced by refining crude olive pomace oil, preserving the oil’s original glyceridic structure.
